Important information

Outside the high season, rates are based on the use of four bedrooms (maximum eight guests); the fifth bedroom, located on the lower level, remains closed. Use of the full villa with five bedrooms (maximum ten guests) is available at a supplement of €350 per week. During the high season (July and August), the villa is rented only as a whole. Outside the high season it is also possible to rent just three bedrooms for a reduction of €245 per week on the standard price for four bedrooms.

From October to April, shorter stays are possible (minimum of five nights), and arrival/departure days are flexible. The standard rental period is seven nights with a Saturday changeover. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out before 10:00 a.m.

A security deposit of €750 is required with the second payment and will be refunded promptly after departure, provided no damage has occurred. One baby cot and high chair are included; additional cots are available at €60 per week.

Pool heating is available on request for a minimum of one week at €250 per week.
Since March 1st, 2024, a local tourist tax applies to guests aged 13 and older: €1 per person per night in the low season (November–March) and €2 per person per night in the high season (April–October).

Pets and smoking inside are not allowed. The pool is open year-round (heating optional). The villa manager lives nearby and will personally welcome you upon arrival, available for any assistance during your stay.
