This luxury 8-person villa with pool in Ferragudo is located in a quiet residential area, just 500 meters from the village square and around 1 km from Praia Angrinha beach. Built in 2018, the villa combines space, modern design, and comfort, offering a stunning view of the Arade River and the natural harbor of Portimão.
The villa features four spacious double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer plenty of privacy, ideal for families or groups of up to eight people. An extra bed can be added upon request.
The bright living room is stylishly furnished and connects seamlessly to the open kitchen. Large sliding doors lead to the terrace with a heated private pool, sun loungers, and a covered dining area for ten guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, American fridge with ice maker, freezer, oven, wine cooler, dishwasher, and electric cooktop, perfect for guests who enjoy cooking and dining together.
The villa also includes a lift connecting the two floors, underfloor heating, Sonos sound system, and a flatscreen TV. Outside, a second terrace offers a cozy lounge area, a private putting green, and a table tennis table, ideal for relaxation or a friendly match.
Within a five-minute walk, you reach the center of Ferragudo with charming restaurants and shops. Golf enthusiasts will find the Gramacho and Vale da Pinta golf courses just 5 km away. Faro Airport is located approximately 66 km from the villa.

We waren hier een maand en vonden het geweldig. Prachtig – zeer schoon, licht, modern, goed uitgerust huis. Het allerbelangrijkste was dat we genoten van het adembenemende uitzicht, dag en nacht, over de rivier naar Portimao. Fantastische patio’s met comfortabel meubilair – belangrijk voor ons omdat we graag in januari in de zon zaten en genoten van het uitzicht en het lezen tussen de vele uitstapjes door. De locatie was centraal om alle beste plekken in de Algarve te verkennen. We hebben veel terrein bestreken, van de zuidwestelijke Atlantische kust tot Tavira in het oosten, noordelijk tot Monchique en veel plaatsen daartussenin. Cliff walks waren een enorm hoogtepunt. Comfortabele verwarming in de winter, comfortabele bedden, wasmachine en droger waren erg waardevol voor ons en ook de lift was een groot pluspunt. Alles wat we nodig hadden en nog veel meer. Bedankt voor een geweldig verblijf.

Our family had the best week in this beautiful home. The home was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and spacious for our family of 7. The home was very close to shopping and restaurants and easy to get to nearby Algarve towns. We felt very safe and absolutely loved the gorgeous view and nightly sunsets. The kids favorite was the pool and ping pong table! Thank you for sharing your amazing property with us 🙂

We hebben de beste kerst gehad in Jacqueline’s prachtige villa. Het is een fantastische locatie, in een fantastische stad en een geweldig huis. We vroegen om een aantal items voor de twee baby’s die in onze groep reisden en ze deden er alles aan om alles te vinden wat we nodig hadden voordat we aankwamen. Kan niet genoeg aanbevelen.
