Casa Tá Top is a beautifully renovated, charming old town house tucked away in the narrow streets of Lagoa. The interior, both inside and out, is modern, extremely atmospheric, and fresh, which made us feel right at home immediately. We enjoyed sunbathing and having drinks on the roof, and we also made use of the gym, a great way to work out while overlooking the rooftops of Lagoa. From the jacuzzi on the first-floor terrace, we watched the stars at night, truly special! Casa Tá Top gave us the ultimate holiday feeling with the luxury surrounding us and let us experience the real Portuguese life as soon as we stepped out the front door. It was wonderful to grab a coffee just around the corner, do our shopping at the local covered market, or have lunch at the typical Portuguese restaurant Chrissy’s. The six of us had fantastic days in this unique house, and we look back on it with great pleasure. The house manager made sure everything was perfectly arranged, in short, we will definitely be back! We had an amazing 5-day stay in Lagoa! The home was renovated and is absolutely stunning, with so much attention to detail, every corner felt warm, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The pool and jacuzzi were such a treat, perfect for relaxing after exploring the Algarve. Everything was exactly as described (and even better in person), making our stay incredibly comfortable. Rental Conditions

Terms

The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, water, electricity, maintenance of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and garden, as well as final cleaning.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of € 300 is required. This amount will be refunded provided no damage has been caused. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld. Any additional damage costs exceeding the deposit must be paid by the tenant.

Payment

The reservation is only confirmed after receipt of a 30% deposit of the rental amount. The remaining balance, including the above-mentioned security deposit, must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Tourist Tax

For a maximum of seven nights, tourist tax will be charged to all guests aged 13 and over.
The following rates apply:

Low season (1 November to 31 March): € 1.00 per person per night
High season (1 April to 31 October): € 2.00 per person per night

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees apply:
a. Cancellation up to 60 days before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental amount.
b. Cancellation from 60 days before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoiced amount.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out must take place no later than 10:00 AM to allow time for cleaning of the accommodation.
