Important information
Outside the high season, prices are based on the use of four bedrooms (max. eight guests); the fifth bedroom remains closed. For use of the entire villa with all five bedrooms (max. ten guests), a supplement of €350 per week applies. During the high season, in July and August, the villa is rented only as a whole. Outside the high season, it is also possible to rent just three bedrooms at a reduction of €245 per week from the standard four-bedroom rate.
From October to April, shorter stays can be booked (minimum five nights), and arrival and departure days are flexible. The standard stay is seven nights with Saturday changeover. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out before 10:00.
The security deposit is €750 and will be refunded after departure once no damage has been identified. One baby cot and high chair are included; an additional baby cot is available for €60 per week.
Pool heating is available on request for a minimum of one week at €250 per week. Since 1 March 2024, a tourist tax applies in this region for guests aged 13 and older: €1 per person per night in low season (November–March) and €2 per person per night in high season (April–October).
Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed. The villa manager lives nearby and is available during your stay for any questions or requests.
