This luxury 10-person villa in Lagoa, Algarve with a private pool offers tranquility, space, and comfort in the heart of the Algarve. The villa is located opposite vast orange groves on the western side of Lagoa and enjoys views of the two mountain peaks of Monchique: Foia and Picota. The property is fully single-storey and was completely renovated in 2022. Here, you can enjoy modern luxury in a peaceful, rural setting.

The villa features four spacious bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. Two bedrooms accommodate two guests, while two additional bedrooms include a sofa bed, allowing the villa to host up to ten guests. All bedrooms, as well as the living room and kitchen, are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, ensuring comfort in every season.

The generous living room is stylishly furnished with a comfortable lounge sofa, fireplace, flat-screen TV, and Sonos sound system. The modern kitchen features a cooking island, bar area, and a large dining table for twelve guests. It is fully equipped with an induction hob, American-style refrigerator, freezer, two ovens, wine climate cabinet, and dishwasher — perfect for convivial dinners with family or friends.

Outside, you’ll find a beautifully landscaped garden of no less than 5,000 m², featuring an orchard, large lawn, and a private swimming pool with sun loungers. The covered veranda offers a dining table for twelve, a barbecue, and a lounge area, making it ideal for long outdoor evenings. Ample private parking is available on site.

The surrounding area invites exploration. Visit one of the nearby vineyards, take a scenic walk through the hills towards Monchique, or enjoy lunch at one of the beachside restaurants in Ferragudo or Carvoeiro. Golf enthusiasts are well catered for, with the renowned Pestana courses Gramacho, Vale da Pinta, and Silves just a short drive away. Our other properties are also located near these golf courses.

Thanks to its central location, this luxury 10-person villa in Lagoa is the perfect base to experience the Algarve in all its diversity. Relax by the sea, explore the historic town of Silves, or shop in Portimão — all within easy reach. For those who prefer to stay in, the villa itself offers complete peace and space to unwind, accompanied only by the sounds of nature.

We had a wonderful holiday in Villa Torrinha with our family. The villa is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. It truly felt like coming home, but with much better weather. We made great use of the tips and recommendations provided in the information folder in the villa, especially for excellent restaurants. The location is excellent, just a short distance from restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches. You enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings while still being centrally located. Natalia is a friendly and helpful host, and the weekly cleaning as well as the maintenance of the garden and swimming pool were excellent. We sincerely hope to return again in the future.

We spent over ten weeks wintering in Villa Torrinha, and it was simply amazing! We received a very warm welcome from Natalia, the property manager, who gave us a tour of the house and explained everything in detail. The villa is fully equipped and makes you feel at home immediately. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are of outstanding quality, which together with the peaceful surroundings ensured a great night’s sleep. All bedrooms have mosquito screens and private bathrooms with underfloor heating. The house feels brand new and is extremely well maintained. The villa was thoroughly cleaned every week by Svetlana, and both the garden and the pool were also maintained weekly. We received many excellent dining recommendations from both the owner and Natalia. Lovely towns such as Ferragudo, Carvoeiro, and Lagoa are just a short drive away, where you can enjoy great restaurants, nature, and beautiful beaches. This was our first winter stay in Villa Torrinha after spending three consecutive winters in Portugal, and we have already booked again for the winter of 2024/2025. We are very much looking forward to returning.

We had a fantastic holiday in the Algarve, largely thanks to the beautiful villa “Torrinha.” Our expectations were high based on the photos, but honestly, the villa was even more stunning in real life. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the villa is brand new, bright, and features a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen, which we made great use of. There is plenty of space to enjoy meals together, both indoors and outdoors. The bedrooms are very spacious and fitted with extremely comfortable beds, complemented by beautiful, fresh bathrooms. We truly enjoyed our stay and the weather was great, so we spent a lot of time relaxing in the garden. A big plus is that the garden is fully enclosed, providing a safe and secure feeling. The outdoor bar by the pool is a real highlight. Communication with the host, Adrie, was very pleasant and friendly, and any questions were answered promptly. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and an absolute recommendation!

Terms

The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, water, electricity, maintenance of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and garden, as well as final cleaning.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of € 300 is required. This amount will be refunded provided no damage has been caused. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld. Any additional damage costs exceeding the deposit must be paid by the tenant.

Payment

The reservation is only confirmed after receipt of a 30% deposit of the rental amount. The remaining balance, including the above-mentioned security deposit, must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Tourist Tax

For a maximum of seven nights, tourist tax will be charged to all guests aged 13 and over.
The following rates apply:

Low season (1 November to 31 March): € 1.00 per person per night
High season (1 April to 31 October): € 2.00 per person per night

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees apply:
a. Cancellation up to 60 days before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental amount.
b. Cancellation from 60 days before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoiced amount.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out must take place no later than 10:00 AM to allow time for cleaning of the accommodation.
