Rental Conditions
Terms
The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, water, electricity, maintenance of the swimming pool and garden.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required. The amount differs per house. This amount will be refunded provided no damage has been caused. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld. Any additional damage costs exceeding the deposit must be paid by the tenant.
Payment
The reservation is only confirmed after receipt of a 30% deposit of the rental amount. The remaining balance, including the above-mentioned security deposit, must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
Tourist Tax
For a maximum of seven nights, tourist tax will be charged to all guests aged 13 and over.
The following rates apply:
- Low season (1 November to 31 March): €1.00 per person per night
- High season (1 April to 31 October): €2.00 per person per night
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees apply:
a. Cancellation up to 60 days before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental amount.
b. Cancellation from 60 days before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoiced amount.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out must take place no later than 10:00 AM to allow time for cleaning of the accommodation.
