How can I book a villa?
You can easily submit a request via the villa’s page. We will then contact you personally to confirm the reservation and discuss any specific wishes.
How do I know if a villa is available?
Availability is kept as up to date as possible. After your request, we check directly with the owner or local partner and you will receive a prompt reply.
Can I place an option on a villa?
Yes, in many cases we can place a non-binding option for a short period of time. This gives you time to finalise your travel plans.
Do I need to pay immediately when making a reservation?
In most cases, we request a deposit once the booking is confirmed. The remaining amount is paid at a later stage. The exact payment terms differ per villa.

Payments & cancellations

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and, depending on the villa, other secure payment methods.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation conditions differ per property and are clearly communicated during the booking process. We always ensure maximum transparency.
Will I get my money back if I cancel?
This depends on the conditions of the villa you have booked. In some cases, partial refunds are possible.

Villas & amenities

Have all villas been inspected by you?
Yes, we carefully select each villa based on quality, comfort, location, and the reliability of the owner or manager.
Are bed linen and towels included?
In almost all villas, luxury bed linen, towels, and pool towels are included. This is always stated in the property details.
Do the villas have air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
Most villas offer air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. You can find the exact facilities listed for each villa on our website.
Are pets allowed?
This varies per villa. Please contact us and we will gladly look into the possibilities with you.

Arrival & stay

How does check-in work?

Before arrival, you will receive all information regarding directions, your local contact person, and key handover. At many villas you will be personally welcomed.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, in many cases a security deposit is required. This will be refunded after your stay, provided no damage has occurred.

Is cleaning provided during the stay?

Many villas offer a mid-stay cleaning service. This is mentioned in the villa details or can be added on request.
