The villa choice is entirely at your own discretion and responsibility, which means ExcellentVillas.com will never be responsible and cannot be held liable for any dissatisfaction you, the client has about the villa of your choice.

All prices mentioned on the ExcellentVilas.com website are subject to change at any time. ExcellentVillas.com's partners, the villa providers, reserve the right to notify you of an increase in the prices posted on the website before accepting your booking. Local taxes may be added to the published prices.

Villa Provider's Booking Conditions
Before you make a definite booking and a payment to the provider of the villa you have selected please ensure that you have requested and read the villa provider's booking conditions. Your reconfirmation of the booking and your payment will be taken as your and your party's acceptance of both the booking conditions and any other conditions as displayed in documentation, brochures or websites produced by the owner and/or agent of the villa and/or the management of the resort.

Travel Insurance
If your villa provider does not require you to obtain your own Travel Insurance, you must ensure when booking that you take adequate Travel Insurance cover via your personal insurance agent at time of booking to cover any damage or cancellation costs you may incur as a result of the villa rental.
