This is a very exclusive and elegantly furnished three bedroom house that offers privacy and quiet just a minute or two walking distance from Camps Bay beach and with beautiful views of the mountains, ocean and beach. It works well for a couple with a particularly luxurious master bedroom and bathroom occupying the whole top floor of the property but can also accommodate a party of up to six guests with two smaller bedrooms with their own bathrooms on the lower level opening on to the very attractive, sheltered pool deck. |

There is a small sun-deck and pool area on the lower level of the proeprty, which is decorated in mediterranean style with mosaic-tiled walls, an outdoor shower and cushioned seating areas. The living and dining areas on the middle level of the property open onto a balcony with sea and mounatin views that also has a large stone dining table and built in barbeque for stylish outdoor meals. There is also a small terrace out from the master bedroom on the upper level which looks out over the ocean towards the setting sun as well as across the bay towards the Twelve Apostles mountains.

The house has been very stylishly furnished with a mix of African art and crafts, as well as European style furnishings, textiles and art which creates a very stylish yet informal setting. The entrance hall, with access to two single garages, leads through into two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with twin beds and each with their own bathroom). Both bedrooms have with doors out to the sun-deck and pool area, which is decorated in mediterranean style with mosaic-tiled walls and cushioned seating areas. There is also a second bathroom on this level.
A spiral staircase leads up to the middle level of the house, comprising a large living/dining area and separate TV lounge area, a modern designer kitchen and a small study room. The living area opens out onto a sea-facing terraced balcony with built-in barbeque and outdoor dining table.
On the top level of the house, the very spacious master bedroom has its own small, private sea-facing terrace, a further lounge area, dressing room and luxuriously appointed bathroom, which offers superb views back up to Table Mountain as well as towards the sea.
