This beautiful old restored ‘finca’ is situated in the countryside near San Jose in the south-west of the island. The sheltered, sandy beach at Cala Bassa is just a 10 minute drive away. There are views from the property over the countryside to the sea in the distance at Es Cubells. |

To the front of the house is an attractive covered terrace with both seating and dining areas. Beyond this a lawned area with palm trees and a swimming pool (10 x 4m). A further terrace has a fountain and barbecue. The grounds are filled with trees, vines and flowers and there is also a tennis court. |

The traditional interiors have exposed beamed ceilings and stone walls and are furnished with country furniture. Amenities include satellite television, hi-fi and air conditioning in all the bedrooms. All the accommodation is on ground floor level, with the owners room on the first floor closed off.
