The grounds are filled with olive, fruit trees and pines, providing plenty of space for relaxing in the shade.

The interiors have been very tastefully decorated and furnished, again in a provençal style. The rooms are very spacious, including a large eat-in kitchen, leading to a summer kitchen with pizza oven. Further amenities include a gym (weights room), table football, wide-screen television and telephone/fax. A baby cot and highchair are available. Entrance to the property is by secure electronic gates.

Very well equipped kitchen with Lacanche oven and a dining area. This leads to a summer kitchen with a sink, dining table and a pizza oven. Ante-kitchen with two large fridge/freezers (ice/water dispenser), microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Laundry with two washing machines and a dryer.

Lower Ground Floor: Weights room, table football and a small office.

First Floor Double bedroom. Separate bathroom (shower). Double bedroom with French bed (small double), en-suite bathroom (shower) and fantastic views to Les Alpilles. Double bedroom, also with French bed and en-suite shower room. Master bedroom (1.80m bed) two dressing rooms, TV and video, and en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and double basin) and separate WC.

Second Floor: Twin bedroom.

Villa location:

This fabulous property has been built in perfect harmony with Provençal style, using traditional materials including a wonderful entrance door, exposed ceiling beams and terracotta floor tiles. It sits on a hillside with panoramic views over the countryside, just 600 metres from the small village of Paradou. Paradou has a few shops, including a bakery, and several restaurants.
