Villa exterior:

The rooms to the front of the house open to a terrace with pergola-covered dining area and views over the countryside to the mountains of Les Alpilles. There is a small lawn beyond the terrace and a boules court. To one side is a swimming pool, bordered on one side by lavender bushes and olive trees. At one end of the pool is a very attractive covered dining area with built-in barbecue and fridge, and an adjacent shower room/WC.

Villa interior:

The rooms have all been newly decorated and furnished, with use of traditional terracotta floor tiles and ceiling beams. Amenities include satellite television, DVD player and an alarm system. Its picturesque surroundings of olive trees, lavender fields and vineyards, together with its convenient location, makes this a very desirable holiday base from which to explore the part of Provence.


Ground Floor: Entrance hall. Guest WC. Living room with fireplace, TV, DVD and stereo, and French windows opening to terrace. Kitchen, separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar, and equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and coffee machine. At the dining end there is also a small sitting area with fireplace and French doors to terrace. Utility room with washing machine and freezer.

First Floor: Double bedroom (1.60m bed) with views to mountains and en-suite dressing room and shower with basin. Separate WC. Double bedroom (1.40m bed), also with views. Separate bathroom with bath, shower and basin. Double bedroom (1.40m bed). Double bedroom (1.60m bed) with en-suite shower room with basin. Double bedroom (1.40m bed) with views.

Villa location:

This newly built house has been constructed beautifully in a traditional Provençal style, with local stone and blue shutters. It sits in a tranquil, rural location between the villages of Maussane and Eygalières. Access is by a private driveway with trees on one side and vineyards on the other.
