Restored recently the interiors have been furnished in a modern ethnic style. The bedrooms, all on the first floor, have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Further facilities include satellite television, VCR., DVD, stereos in each room and a study with internet access.

Room Douyra: 1.6m x 2m bed, fireplace, private dressing room, bathroom and small terrace.

The Chocolate Room: 1.6m x 2m bed, ensuite shower room and fridge.

The Rani Room: romantic room with baldaquin bed (1.5 x 2m) and en-suite shower room.

Dar Sultan is an old riyad situated in the heart of the medina, close to the Palaces Bahia and Dar Si Said, and the famous Place Jma el Fna.
