Villa exterior:

A famous architect designed the villa in the 1960’s, and it has recently been restored and refurbished in a modern style. The house has been featured in several magazines specializing in architectural design.

Villa interior:

The interiors are spacious and light, with a varied range of colours, although predominantly white. The accommodation consists of a main circular section, with a very large sitting room which was once a dance hall, and two wings with identical hallways, leading to the large dining room and the bedroom area. The result is a spectacular structure in the shape of an aeroplane.
To the front of the living room is a covered terrace furnished for dining outdoors. Within the large lawned garden, surrounded by trees, there is a swimming pool (10 x 5m).

Situated on the western side of Lake Maggiore in the beautiful park of ‘Lagoni di Mercurago’, this unusually designed property enjoys magnificent views of the lake and the medieval fortress of Angera on the opposite shore. It is situated 10 kilometres from the resort of Stresa, from where it is possible to take boat trips, as well as a cable car trip up Monte Mottarone to see incredible views of the lake and as far as the Alps in the distance.
