From here, there is a small lawn, and steps down to a sun terrace with beautiful swimming pool, with overflow effect. The garden is filled with flowers, shrubs, vines and olive trees.

Villa interior:

The interiors are bright and spacious with terracotta floor tiles and tasteful furnishings. The layout of the accommodation with the main house and two separate studios just to the front of the house, allows for some independence. It is ideal for couples, or for families with teenage children, wanting easy access to both the town and the beach.

Ground Floor
Well equipped kitchen with doors to terrace and garden. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Living room with fireplace, television, dining area and doors to front covered terrace. A few steps lead up to a double bedroom, also opening to garden, with en-suite shower room and separate WC. Double bedroom with doors to garden.

First Floor
Double bedroom with doors to terrace. En-suite bathroom.

Two Studios
Both have independent access from the main terrace. Sitting/dining area with kitchenette (fridge, sink and hotplate), opening to garden. Bathroom (shower). Gallery bedroom with double bed.
