Southern Cross Villa
Villa exterior:The villa has a good-sized pool in the small garden on the lower level of the property and there is also a terrace out from the living dining area on the middle level. On the top floor there is a further small terrace with a Jacuzzi on the sea-facing side of the property and a small balcony and terrace area on the mountain side as well.
Villa interior:On the lower level, there are two bedrooms (one en suite with bath, one with shower) leading out onto the pool and garden area. Three further bedrooms (two en suite with shower and one with bath and shower) occupy the middle level of the property. This level also contains the modern, fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining area leading onto a terrace and there is also a spacious separate lounge with large couches and equipped with satellite television, video & DVD.
There are two large luxurious bedrooms on the top floor of the villa, each of which have their own private lounge area opening onto a sea facing terrace where there is a Jacuzzi. There is also a small balcony and terrace area on the upper level facing the mountains. Both of these bedrooms have white-washed pine floors, an open fire place and an en-suite bathroom (one with shower, one with spa bath). At the front of the house there is off street parking for three cars.
Villa location:The popular beach resort of Camps Bay is in a stunning location on the lower slopes of Table Mountain and the “Twelve Apostles” mountains as they stretch down to meet the dramatic Atlantic Ocean coast-line. With a long sandy beach lined with palm trees and many trendy open-air bars and seafood restaurants, Camps Bay is hard to beat as a holiday location and is well placed for opportunities to explore the many cultural, shopping and other attractions of Cape Town city centre and the V&A Waterfront area just a 10-15 minute drive away.
Further afield, there are many incredibly beautiful places to visit within one to two hour’s drive from Camps Bay including the spectacular Cape of Good Hope and the internationally acclaimed Cape winelands set amongst the picturesque mountains around Stellenbosch and Franschhoek.
