The house is constructed of local stone and offers three floors of spacious accommodation. An extensive gravel terrace to the front has several large plane trees for shade and an outdoor dining area. Beyond this is a large sun terrace with swimming pool (10 x 4.5m, step access) and furnished with teak garden furniture and terracotta pots of flowering plants.

Villa interior:

The rooms all have high ceilings and are freshly decorated and furnished in a traditional style. This property is ideal for those wanting to be able to walk to village amenities, yet have the space and facilities of a large country house.

Ground Floor: Entrance hall. Guest WC. Living/dining room with satellite television, video and large French doors opening to front terrace. Kitchen with fridge/freezer (water dispenser), large French cooker, dishwasher, magimix, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine. (There is a dryer in the garage).

First Floor: Double bedroom with small double (1.40m) bed. Double bedroom (1.50m bed). Twin bedroom, suitable for children, with TV and video, and en-suite shower room with basin and WC. Separate bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Double bedroom (1.40m bed), opening to balcony overlooking the terrace and pool. There are stairs up from this bedroom to a gallery with a large bathroom (double basin, bath, shower and separate WC).

Second Floor: Double bedroom (1.40m bed) with sloping beamed ceilings. Bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

Once inside the gates of this large village property, with its views over a field with olive trees, you feel as if you are almost in the heart of the countryside. In fact, the shops, weekly market, cafés and restaurants of Maussane are just a few minutes walk away.
