Villa exterior:The zen-inspired feeling of the villa is apparent on arrival as you pass the koi pond by the front door. The main part of the house then opens onto expansive patios and a grassed area surrounding a heated rim-flow pool that looks out over the sea and beach and up to Lion’s Head mountain. There is also a private heated plunge pool and spacious balcony area adjoining the penthouse apartment which is located slightly separately to the main house with its own private entrance and can be rented out separately away from the high season.

The penthouse apartment adjoining the property also has excellent beach and mountain views and comprises a further two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and bath, a lounge, open plan kitchenette with dining counter, large balcony and study area, as well as a small private plunge pool.
