The villa is set in private grounds with palm trees and flower gardens. Huge sliding glass doors open from the spacious living area to equally spacious terraces with pillars and both covered and uncovered seating and dining areas. Just beyond this is the swimming pool, in a beautiful position, with uninterrupted views of the sea. The pool has step access on every side and can be heated on request. There is also a tennis court to the rear of the property, available for guests on request.

Villa interior:

The interiors are spacious and light with white walls and modern furnishings. There is a plasma screen television in the living room and all bedrooms have satellite television, telephone, hi-fi, safe and air conditioning.

Large open-plan living/dining room with huge glass doors opening to terrace. Spacious, modern kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser and dishwasher. 4 double (or twin) bedrooms with plenty of cupboard space, all opening to terraces and all with en-suite bathrooms. Cloakroom.

Maid’s quarters. Utility room. Garaging for several cars.
