Villa exterior:

Within the beautifully maintained lawned garden is a rose garden and an old well. To one side there is a swimming pool (12 x 6m), with terrace surround, furnished with sunloungers. By the pool there is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue and, behind the pool, a boules court and table tennis.

Villa interior:

The ground floor rooms at the front of the house open to a lovely terrace with dining and seating areas furnished with wrought-iron furniture. The many facilities here include television, hi-fi, telephone/fax, a safe and an alarm system. The windows are fitted with mosquito screens and there is air conditioning in the master bedroom. The resident guardians live in separate accommodation to one side of the house.

Ground Floor: Entrance hall. Guest WC. Very well equipped kitchen with indoor barbecue, large fridge/freezer (ice/water dispenser), microwave, oven and dishwasher. Small laundry with washing machine and dryer. Dining room with fireplace, opening to terrace. Living room with fireplace and also opening to terrace.

First Floor: An open staircase leads from the dining room to the first floor. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, basin and WC). 2 twin/double bedroom (can be made up as twins or doubles). Bathroom (shower, basin and WC). Large master bedroom with king-size bed, TV, sofa and safe. Spacious en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, double basin and WC.

Villa location:

This picturesque, traditional provençal mas, recently restored throughout, is situated in the countryside two kilometres from the village of Moulès, ten kilometres to the east of Arles. It is a peaceful and private location, accessed by its own driveway and surrounded by trees.

Distances: Moulès (nearest food shops) 2 kms, Arles 10 kms St. Rémy de Provence 18 kms Marseille Airport 45 minutes
