Villa exterior:The main living/dining and kitchen area of the house opens out onto a level garden and terraced area facing towards the beach and sea, with a small covered patio, where there is a built-in barbeque and dining area and pool-deck.
Villa interior:The property is on two levels, with three bedrooms upstairs towards the back of the house, two of which have double beds, the other has a single bed (one bedroom is en-suite, with bath, shower, and toilet, and there is a second bathroom (with shower and toilet). There is also a spacious sea-facing living room and open plan kitchen/dining area upstairs, that opens out onto the small covered terrace and then to the level, lawned garden and pool area immediately overlooking the beach.
The downstairs level of the house comprises the master double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet) and there is also a small laundry room on this level, with washer/dryer.
Villa location:The popular beach resort of Camps Bay is in a stunning location on the lower slopes of Table Mountain and the “Twelve Apostles” mountains as they stretch down to meet the dramatic Atlantic Ocean coast-line. With a long sandy beach lined with palm trees and many trendy open-air bars and seafood restaurants, Camps Bay is hard to beat as a holiday location and is well placed for opportunities to explore the many cultural, shopping and other attractions of Cape Town city centre and the V&A Waterfront area just a 10-15 minute drive away.

Villa experience:The location of this bungalow is just sensational being situated just a few metres above Glen Beach, a small secluded sandy bay next to Camps Bay beach which can be reached by a path that runs along the front of the property and over the large boulders that divide the two beaches. Glen Beach is less well known than its more famous neighbour but is a very popular beach with local surfers and is a great choice for families. The beach starts immediately the other side of the narrow path that borders the property so guests really have the feeling of being right on the beach and the view from the house out over the waves, with dolphins often playing in the sea, is really something special. Camps Bay’s many beachfront restaurants, bars and cafes are an easy five to ten minutes walking distance away along the beach or via the coast road above the property.
