Sleeps 9/10 Ground floor : Large SALON ( 800 sq.ft) with satellite TV, VCR,DVD, sofas, fireplace, DINING ROOM with patio doors to poolside terrace, Fully equipped kitchen ( Us fridge, Mo, Dw…) kitchen extends to a covered terrace for dining near the pool Laundry room with washer and dryer. 1 master bedroom with king size bed color TV, Hi-Fi, deluxe ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower cubicle.. A office with fax, telephone, photocopier, extra single bed. Wc. First floor: 3 DOUBLE BEDROOMS / 2 with large double bed, 1 with regular double. Each exit a terrace above the pool. 2 bathrooms. 1 shower room. 2d SALON with terrace, Sofa, extra single bed and small kitchen. (this 2d salon is ideal for a baby sitter) . Telephone in each room. All linen provided. Cot and chair/ baby. Pets not allowed. * Grounds private pool, enclosed garden with colorful shrubs, lawn and barbecue. Staff: Maid service 3 hours three times a week is included.Final cleaning included. Cook, babysitter, extra maid service, on request. Att. FESTIVAL de CANNES = MID SEASON RATE x 2 weeks minimum stay.
