Villa exterior:There is a particularly large amount of outdoor space for Camps Bay, with a large terraced garden on several levels and a unique, three metre "waterfall" feature flowing into the rock swimming pool, which is heated, as well as an extensive Koi pond, Zen garden and separate barbeque area.
Villa interior:The stylishly furnished property is built on various levels all leading to the garden area. The upper level comprises the spacious master bedroom in which there is a king size double bed, as well as a large free standing oval ceramic bath, wash basins, shower and toilet. A few steps lead down to the second main bedroom (also with king size bed) that has an ensuite bathroom with shower and a small private balcony.
Below these levels are the main entertainment and living areas consisting of a sunny TV lounge, open plan kitchen and dining area all with direct access to the garden. From there a few more steps lead to a small study room that can also be converted into a fifth bedroom with its own ensuite shower room. The main third and fourth bedrooms (each with Queen size bed), both ensuite, are on the lower level of the house. All four bedrooms have TV's. At the lowest level of the house is an additional TV lounge that leads directly to the outside entertainment/braai area and koi pond.
